Kyalo Maingi
Mwatinda ata, my name is Kyalo.
I was born and raised in East Africa, Machakos, Kenya.
I have lots of unexplainable love for mangos, Kamba people / language, Kamba Benga music and serving my community. I am the founder of ONE TRyBE COMPANy, which is a music collective and a Non-Profit organization that advocates for social change by providing free music theory programs to kids with disabilities and neglected communities. Growing up in Amherst, a department such as CRESS would’ve been a great resource for our family and I’m hopeful that it will be a great resource for all Amherst residents for generations and generations to come.
