This form is to express interest in the Finance Committee, Planning Board, and Zoning Board of Appeals only, which are appointed by the Town Council. If you are interested in serving on one of our other Town Boards, Committees or Commissions, which are appointed by the Town Manager,

Community Activity Forms (CAF) for these bodies are kept on file for three (3) years. If you submitted a CAF for this body within the past three years you do not need to submit a new form. After you click ‘submit’ your CAF will automatically be sent to the Town Council and a Councilor will contact you to confirm receipt of your CAF.
When the Town Council is ready to make an appointment, a Councilor will reach out to you to confirm your continued interest and schedule an interview. Note that there may be a lag between when you submit your CAF and when you are contacted for an interview depending on when the Council is planning to move forward with appointments.
