The Community Resources Committee of the Town Council will hold a Public Hearing
on proposed amendments to Bylaw 3.48 - Stretch Energy Code
September 21, 2023 at 4:35 p.m.
Public Hearing: To see if the Town will vote to amend General Bylaw 3.48, Stretch Energy Code, to adopt the Specialized Energy Code, codified by the entirety of 225 CMR 22 and 23 including Appendices RC and CC, with an effective date of July 1, 2024.

Public comment is welcome and encouraged.
Following committee recommendations, the Town Council will hold a first reading before a second reading and vote to adopt the bylaw amendments.
If adopted by the Town Council, the bylaw amendment shall become effective on July 1, 2024.
