In accordance with Charter section 5.6*, on Monday, October 17, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. the Town Council will hold a virtual public forum regarding appropriations and transfers outside the annual budget. More than one-half of the meeting time on the agenda will be devoted to public comment.
The public forum will address the following financial orders:
Order FY23-04B Supplemental Operating Budget
Order FY23-05B Capital Improvement Program - Roads and Sidewalks
Order FY23-05C Capital Improvement Program - School Track and Field
Order FY23-12A Free Cash to Stabilization Fund
Order FY23-15 Establishment of a Stabilization Fund for the Purpose of Capital
Order FY23-14C Stabilization to Capital Stabilization
