Palmer Paving will begin work along the edges of the road on South Pleasant St starting at the Amherst
Golf Club and working their way south.
Work will involve the excavation and removal of the paved
swales and work on the existing bus pull offs.
Construction work will take place from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
No parking will be allowed on either side of the street during construction work. Traffic flow should
remain relatively undisturbed although minor delays should be expected.
Please obey construction signs and traffic detail officers during all phases of work to insure your safety
and the safety of construction crews and the general public.
If there is inclement weather that prevents construction, the schedule will move to the next day.
