The Town Council will hold a first reading of a proposed rescission (removal) of Zoning Bylaw Article 13 - Demolition Delay on Monday, June 6, 2022 at 6:45 p.m. The meeting will be held virtually via Zoom. The proposed rescission would remove Article 13 - Demolition Delay in its entirety. A proposed new General Bylaw, Preservation of Historic Structures, will come before the Council for adoption concurrently with the rescission of Zoning Article 13.
