This difficult task of bringing the WebPages up-to-date is due in large part to a steadfast, hardworking volunteer, Martha Jorz, who donated countless hours meeting with Town staff to help transform ideas into ‘virtual reality’. The amount of information available to the public has been greatly expanded in an effort by the Conservation Department to increase public stewardship of the great natural & cultural resources in Amherst by increasing education and awareness.
