Join us for a Reading of the 2020 Black History Month Proclamation, followed by a Flag Raising Ceremony, Community song of the Black National Anthem "Lift Every Voice and Sing" and words from our community members on Saturday, February 1st at 1:00 PM on the Amherst Town Hall front steps.
