Per Charter Section 10.7(v) the Town Council created a Bylaw Review Committee on December 10, 2018, to review the Town bylaws for the purpose of preparing such revisions and amendments as may be necessary to bring them into conformity with the provisions of the Charter and to fully implement the provisions of the Charter. The Bylaw Review Committee has submitted its report with recommendations within one year of its creation, in compliance with Charter Section 10.7(v).

This notice is posted in compliance with Charter Section 2.10(a).
The Town Council will hold its first reading of the proposed bylaws on December 16, 2019 during the regular Town Council meeting. The second reading is scheduled for January 6, 2020. Per Charter Section 2.10, the bylaws shall become effective 14 days after the Town Council vote to adopt, or a specified later date.
