[ARCHIVED] University Drive: Affordable Housing Lottery

70 Amherst

Seventy Amherst is located in the heart of Amherst, MA and is a multi-family housing development developed by 70 University Drive, LLC consisting of 36- Studio, one, two and three bedroom units. The development is managed by Barry Roberts of Seventy Amherst. Four (4) of the 36 units will be marketed and rented to households by the Amherst Housing Authority to households with a combined income of at or below 80% of Hampshire County Area Median Income (AMI).
