[ARCHIVED] Retail Establishment Submittals Due May 31st

Retail Marijuana Submittals_News Item

Amherst will be accepting submittals for recreational marijuana retail establishments from May 1 - May 31, 2019. Please read the updated Guidance for Recreational Marijuana Retail Establishments in Amherst (April 23, 2019) for details on the submittal process.

Please note that submittals for non-retail establishments are accepted on a rolling basis.
