[ARCHIVED] Amherst & UMass Police Youth Adventure Academy 2019

The Amherst and University of Massachusetts Police Departments are pleased to announce the Amherst and UMASS Police Youth Adventure Academy is being held Monday, July 22, 2019 to Friday, July 26, 2019, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Students entering 6th, 7th, or 8th grades are eligible to attend. There is no cost to attend the academy. However, as the academy is limited to 20 participants, preference will be given to Amherst residents and UMass affiliated families. The Youth Adventure Academy features both classroom instruction and sessions held at the Amherst Adventure Based Ropes Course. 

Additional information regarding the Amherst and UMass Police Youth Adventure Academy is available on the Amherst Police Department website, www.amherstpd.org. Applications can also be obtained at the Amherst and UMass Police Departments or see below for link to form. The application deadline is June 16, 2019
