What: Veteran's Day Ceremony
Time: Meet at 10:45 a.m.
The Veterans' Services Department would like to extend the invitation for all to come downtown to Amherst and participate in a moment of silence and flag raising ceremony.
These few moments are the greatest honor we as American's can give to all who have served this country in our behalf.
Give from the heart, be there and feel the camaraderie in this gesture.
Remember you as an individual can do many things to aid veterans and their families. Call the nearest facility and volunteer your time. Will you be the stand up person you always thought you were. Donations for Veterans' Services are always welcome.
