Notice of Public Hearing
Town of Amherst
The Town of Amherst will hold a public hearing to:
1. Discuss and receive comments on the Town’s Community Development Block Grant Activities including the 2008 Mini-Entitlement Program.
2. Discuss and receive comments on the Town’s revised 2010 Community Development Strategy to be submitted with the 2010 CDBG application and
2. Request input regarding reallocation of funding from the Town’s 2008 Mini-Entitlement Program. Approximately $140,000 will be available for CDBG eligible activities (other housing).
The Hearing will be held Monday, November 16, 2009 at 6:00 P.M. in the First Floor Meeting Room of Town Hall.
Any person or organization wishing to be heard will be afforded an opportunity. Reasonable accommodations will be attempted upon written request to the Selectmen’s office two weeks prior to the meeting.
