[ARCHIVED] Next Cuppa' Joe with Paul at Bangs Community Center on 12/8

Cuppa Joe 12-8 News

Cuppa’ Joe with Paul at Bangs Community Center

Town Manager Paul Bockelman will be at the Bangs Community Center at 70 Boltwood Walk in Amherst on Friday, December 8th, from 7:30 – 9:30 a.m. He will bring a box of coffee to share and he invites you to come in and talk.

Paul will be joined this time at the Bangs Community Center by Library Director Sharon Sharry.

“This is a great opportunity for us to talk to people…no appointment necessary! We are here to answer questions and listen to concerns, compliments, and, yes, complaints,” said Bockelman. “But I also would love it if people just stopped by to say hi and let us know how we – and you - are doing!”

The “Cuppa’ Joe with Paul” coffees are a regular event and will rotate around the Town. Each time, Paul will be joined by a different Town department head or official. To date, the Town Manager has held coffees at The Black Sheep Bakery and Deli with Police Chief Livingstone, Atkins Market in South Amherst with Assistant Town Manager David Ziomek, Bread and Butter in North Amherst with Planning Director Christine Brestrup, Bruegger’s Bagels with Public Works Superintendent Guilford Mooring, Kelly’s Restaurant with Fire Chief Tim Nelson, and Share Coffee with School Superintendent Mike Morris and Assistant Superintendent Doreen Cunningham and Cushman Market and Café with Health Director Julie Federman.
