The Amherst 250th Anniversary Celebration Committee Parade Subcommittee needs volunteers. Fifty (50) more volunteers are needed by Thursday, September 24, 2009. A volunteer orientation meeting will be held on Thursday at 5:30 pm by Orr Rink at Amherst College.
These volunteers are essential to safely run our Amherst 250th Parade on Sunday September 27, 2009. "Parade Staff" t-shirts and a catered post-parade BBQ will be provided.
