Notice of Public Hearing
Town of Amherst
The Town of Amherst will hold a public hearing to:
1. Request input regarding reallocation of funding from the Town’s 2009 Mini-Entitlement Program. The Town estimates that approximately $30,000 will be available for CDBG social services due to a change in the social service program as applied for the Town’s 2009 application. At this hearing the Community Development Committee will hear public comment from the public regarding the reallocation of these funds.
The Hearing will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2009 at 5:30 P.M. in the First Floor Meeting Room of Town of Town Hall.
Any person or organization wishing to be heard will be afforded an opportunity. Reasonable accommodations will be attempted upon written request to the Selectmen’s office two weeks prior to the meeting.
