TEABERRY LANE CLOSED
On Monday Revoli will continue extending sewer stubs on Teaberry Lane. This will require the
complete closure of all vehicular access to Teaberry Lane. Vehicular access will be prohibited
until they have completed the service stubs. They hope to be finished on Teaberry by
Wednesday June 3, 2015. All vehicles must exit Teaberry Lane before 7 am.
If you cannot leave before 7 am please make arrangements to park on Woodlot Rd or
Wildflower Dr.
Please park a minimum of 100 ft. from the intersection.

WILDFLOWER DR - CLOSED TO THROUGH TRAFFIC
Revoli Construction is anticipating starting to extend sewer stubs on Wildflower Drive on
Wednesday June 3, 2015. The work will begin on Wildflower Drive between Tanglewood Rd
and Teaberry Lane.
All residences should be accessible by vehicle with a few minor exceptions depending on the
location of the sewer service. If we expect that a driveway will be blocked, we will notify that
resident in person of the situation to ensure they can move a vehicle elsewhere if required.
Depending on the location of work some residents may have to access their homes via Old Farm Road or Larkspur Drive.
We do not anticipate any work on Fridays with the possible exception of the Paving Crews.
