"I was motivated to ride my bike to work during last year's bike to work week," said Linda Wentworth. "Since then, I've enjoyed riding a few times a week during good weather."
Bike Week is an annual event that features bikers breakfasts, film screenings, festivals and other incentives to encourage new riders and raise awareness about bicycle transportation. It is a partnership between the MassDOT, Massachusetts Bicycle Coalition (MassBike) and MassRIDES.
Ms. Wentworth continued, " I wanted to encourage my colleagues to think about riding, so I sent an e-mail to them all inviting them to take part and be in a group photo."
