A list of colleges and universities with the top tech-savvy libraries in the Northeast were recently highlighted by Verizon. The schools were chosen based on stand-out features in their libraries, specifically relating to technology.
The Amherst College Library provides more than 26,000 films, documents and videos through its Kanopy video streaming service. Amherst also partners with other Massachusetts schools as part of the Five College Consortium for increased borrowing potential. Students can research from all five schools’ libraries simultaneously. Plus with a list of research guides and tons of collections to choose from, the Amherst library makes finding sources easier.
