The Amherst Select Board announce the availability of an Annual On Premise Wine and Malt Liquor License within the Town of Amherst's allowed quota. In accordance with established policy, the Select Board established a deadline of February 9, 2015 for receipt of applications for the available annual on premise wine and malt license by the close of business on that day.
The Select Board will hold a hearing on February 23, 2015 to consider any applications received by the deadline as stated. Should there be no applications received, the license would remain available for future applications for consideration in the usual manner.
