[ARCHIVED] Paving To Start in Old Town Rd. Neighborhood

PRESS RELEASE - July 28, 2014
2014 PAVING AND ROAD CONSTRUCTION NOTICE
Old Town Rd Neighborhood
(Berkshire Terrace, Fairfield Street, Farview Way,
Moorland Street, Old Town Road and Valley Lane)

Lane Construction will begin to lower the road structures in the Old Town Rd. neighborhood on Tuesday, July 29, 2014. Crews with dumps trucks and jack hammers will begin work at 7:00 a.m. This initial phase of work will take a few days. After the road structures are lowered, the reclaiming activities are tentatively scheduled for this week.

All residents will have access to their driveways during construction; however, at certain times there may be delays. Please allow extra time and have patience as there may be instances when construction equipment may temporarily block driveway and roadway access.

Construction is expected to continue regularly until the work is complete. When required, the contractor may move equipment to another location in town to work elsewhere so there may be a pause in construction in your neighborhood. If inclement weather prevents construction, the schedule will move to the next day.

PLEASE OBEY CONSTRUCTION SIGNS, DETOURS
DRIVE CAREFULLY AROUND CONSTRUCTION CREWS
AND EXPECT DELAYS
