The DPW has arranged for the rain barrels to be sold at the bulk rate of $72.95 (retail is $119.95). Pick-up purchased barrels between 11am-1pm on Sunday, April 26 at the Amherst DPW (Route 116 across from Bramble Hill Farm).
Collected rain is ideal for watering plants, trees or your lawn and will save residents money by reducing metered water consumption.
