Ch. 40C and the General Bylaws of the Town of Amherst, the Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 21, 2023 at 3:00 PM to consider the following application(s) for a Certificate of Appropriateness: 81 McClellan Street (11C-140) Beth Eagleson – Request to modify garage with new roofline, roofing material, solar installation, new windows, new door and new siding, as well as associated improvements.
