In accordance with the provisions Article 3.60 of Amherst’s General Bylaws, Preservation of Historically Significant Buildings, the Amherst Historical Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, March 30, 2023 at 6:35 PM to consider the following demolition application requests. 126 South East Street (15C-7) Saloomey Construction – Request to demolish ca 1920 single family home on property and any attached structures. 140 South East Street (15C-8) Saloomey Construction – Request to demolish ca 1900 two-family home on property and any attached structures. 148 South East Street (15C-9) Saloomey Construction – Request to demolish ca 1927 single family home on property and any attached structures.
