TOPICS: Public Hearings: 2:15 PM Proposed Zoning Bylaw amendments: Official Zoning Map 14A, Parcel 33 Rezoning, North Prospect St: to change the zoning of Map 14A, Parcel 33 to add Parking Facility Overlay District over the underlying existing R-G zoning district, & establish dimensional regulations, standards & conditions & require a Parking Management, Operations and Maintenance Plan, include a vacant parcel of land, currently used as a parking lot, owned by Town of Amherst, in the vicinity of North Pleasant St, North Prospect St, Cowles Ln & Amity St located in the General Residence District (R-G).
