Town of Amherst, Pomeroy Village Intersection Project – To review and provide recommendations for the proposed design alternatives for the Pomeroy Village Intersection Project, located at the intersection of West Street (Route 116) and Pomeroy/West Pomeroy Streets. b. Town of Amherst, North Amherst Library Building Addition Project – To review and provide recommendations for the submitted Site Plan Review application to the Amherst Planning Board, for the proposed addition to the existing North Amherst Library building and add new parking, walks, utilities, drainage and landscaping, for property located at 8 Montague Road.
