FY 2020 Budget Information and Resources
In accordance with the Section 5.4 of the Amherst Home Rule Charter, it is my privilege to submit the Town’s first budget under our new form of government. This budget includes all aspects of Town operations including Municipal, Schools, Library, and Capital for the fiscal year July 1, 2019 – June 30, 2020 (FY20). Please use the 'Budgets' tab below to access budget documents and reports.
The budget is balanced using existing revenue streams and does not require the use of reserves or an override.

Open Checkbook Accounts Payable Search
The online Open Checkbook database covers the past 3 fiscal years and of the Town operating budget including the Town portion of the Jones Library and Branches and Water, Sewer, Solid Waste and Transportation enterprise funds. The information is automatically updated biweekly on Fridays following each check run.
