IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT ONLINE PAYMENTS
A fee for credit card use is added when paying with a credit card, see the credit card fee schedule for fee amount detials. Paying with a check electronically (ACH) has a set $0.25 fee per transaction (effective January 1, 2013). Parking Tickets and Excise reported to the Registry of Motor Vehicles paid by credit card will release the hold at the RMV in two (2) business days. Electronic check will release the hold no less than 6 business days. There is no same day release with online payment. Contact the Treasurer/Collector's Office by email () or by phone (413-259-3020). Office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm and Thursday noon to 4:30pm.
