Immunization Clinics

The Amherst Health Department offers vaccines for children and adults who live in Amherst. Immunizations are for all children age 18 years old and under and for adults age 19 years old and older who have no insurance. Clinics are offered every second Wednesday of the month from 1:30 - 5:30. Call to make an appointment, or if you are unable to make the clinic times. These vaccines are FREE.
Vaccines Available:
MMR (measles, mumps, rubella), Chickenpox (varicella), Hepatitis B, Polio, DtaP, Tdap, Td. Call for Hepatitis A and HPV (Human Papiloma Virus) availability. We DO NOT carry the shingles vaccine.
* Seasonal influenza and pneumococcal vaccine clinics are held at different times in the fall.
