The Literacy Project offers free classes to adults in Western Massachusetts in beginning literacy as well as GED preparation. We offer small, comfortable classes in locations throughout Franklin and Hampshire County. A team of staff instructors and community volunteers help students work at their own pace, towards their own goals. Many students are studying for the GED; others are preparing for college or job training programs. All of them are taking charge of their lives – and creating a stronger community.
