Immunizations
 
We provide immunizations to un-insured or under-insured Amherst children and adolescents. Immunizations are free of charge. Immunizations are for urgent use only, it is meant to allow students to attend school while families obtain health insurance and choose a health care provider.   
   
  • You must meet with the school nurse where your child is attending school before you come to clinic, please bring the referral slip with you.
  • Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Hours 
Immunizations are given every second Wednesday of the month 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. You do not need an appointment but you do need to meet with the school nurse where your child is attending school before you come to clinic, please bring the referral slip with you.

Flu Shots
Flu shots are available during the fall for Amherst residents with no health insurance. We are no longer able to provide flu shots to people who have health insurance, including MassHealth. Please call for further information
